Flare Ignition Device for Oilfield Mud Cleaning and Solids Control System

Introduction

Flare ignition device is used to burn out the harmful gas collected from the mud gas separator, so it can be matched with the mud gas separator in the oil and gas drilling or CBM drilling. In the course of drilling, It produces harmful gas such as hydrogen sulfide. Once inhaling the gas,it will threaten the safety of life, so we need a device to deal with these harmful gases in the drilling process to ensure the safety of the drilling site.

Burning the harmful or poisonous gas by igniter will eliminate threaten to environment and safety. Every flare ignition device will be operated together with mud gas separator. They will be connected with the vent line or gas discharge line. They are widely used in oil and gas drilling at present. For each flare ignition device, we’ll configure the burner, the control panel, the joint connection, a small tank etc.
