Large Scale OBM Drilling Mud System for Oil Based Drill Cuttings Management

Main Introduction

Drilling waste management system, also called as drill cutting treatment system or drilling cutting management system. According to different applications, it can be classified as water-based drilling waste management system and oil-based drilling waste management system. The main system equipments are drying shaker, vertical cutting dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw conveyor, screw pump and mud tanks. The drilling waste management system can effectively control the moisture content (6%-15%) and oil content (2%-8%) in drilling cuttings and stabilizes the liquid phase performance.


TR drilling waste management is used for taking drilling fluids from the drilling cuttings and clean the fluids for resuse. It is to maximize the recycling of drilling fluids, and minimize the drilling waste in order to save cost for operators.

Characterstics of TR Drilling Waste Management

  1. For oil based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the oil on the cuttings to 3% to 5%.
  2. For water based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the moisture content for easy transportation.
  3. Recycling drilling fluids for reuse to save cost .
  4. Reduce the drilling waste quantity to save money on the disposal or further treatment.

The other telescopic skid for mounting and adjusting the height of the vertical cutting dryer to allow the discharge of drying cuttings
6 Electric Cradle 0.5 Tons electric cradle for lifting the components of vertical dryer
7 Electric Control System Two lighting system,electrical control boxes and cables and plugs for operation the complete system.
