Beief Introduction

Drilling waste management system is TR latest researched and manufactured unit for a better environment protection and high working efficacy. Just as we know, oil and gas wells drilling fields will create waste in the drilling progress, which will be harmful to the environment. Therefore, we need drilling waste management unit to solve this kind of problem. Normally, with a good waste management practice, the amount of waste and the toxicity of waste will be reduced and bring a good environment for drilling fields.

TR Solids Control is a professional manufacturer of drilling waste management and solids control equipment. Our drilling waste management unit is made up of VFD decanter centrifuge, vertical cutting dryer, screw pumps, 12 meters screw conveyor and 9 meters screw conveyor, mud tanks, mud agitator, etc. In some customized projects, maybe there will appear some solids control equipment, such as sand pump, mud cleaner, shale shaker with shaker screen, vacuum degasser, etc.

Characterstics of TR Drilling Waste Management

  1. Recycling drilling fluids for reuse to save cost.
  2. For oil based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the oil on the cuttings to 3% to 5%.
  3. For water based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the moisture content for easy transportation.
  4. Reduce the drilling waste quantity to save money on the disposal or further treatment.

The other telescopic skid for mounting and adjusting the height of the vertical cutting dryer to allow the discharge of drying cuttings
6 Electric Cradle 0.5 Tons electric cradle for lifting the components of vertical dryer
7 Electric Control System Two lighting system,electrical control boxes and cables and plugs for operation the complete system.
