API standard Oilfield Drilling Mud cleaner , Including Mud Desander , Mud Desilter and Shale Shaker

Main Introduction

Mud Cleaner is the second class and the third class solids control equipment which is the newest type to treat the drilling fluid. TRQJ series drilling mud cleaner are combined from Desander, Desilter and and Underflow Screen. Our Mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function compared with separated desander and desilter. In addition to the reasonable design process, it equals another shale shaker.

TR mud cleaner structure is compact, it occupy small space and the function is powerful. Mud cleaner is the ideal device of the second class and the third class solid control to treat the drilling mud. We can design customized cost-effective mud Cleaner for customers special needs. Our mud cleaner can meet almost all needs for oil & gas well drilling fluids treatment system and HDD Mud Recycling System.

Advantages of TRQJ Series Mud Cleaner

  1. Compact design with small footprint, with top feed and weir feed two option.
  2. Mechanical Deck is adjustable during operation, reliable performance.
  3. Polyurethane ( PU ) material, high-chromium cast iron or ceramic to make desander and desilter cones.
  4. Desilter cones can be installed between eight and twenty 4" or 5" desilter cones, each cone can process 80 GPM, and makes a separation between 15 and 45 μm.
  5. Desander cones can be installed between one and three 10" desander cones, each cone can process 500 GPM and makes a separation between 45 and 75 μm.
  6. Hook-strip shaker screens for fast screens changing with screens.
