Liftable Oilfield Decanter Centrifuge with Control Cabinet

Main Introduction

Decanter Centrifuge is a normal decanting centrifuge mode of our company, they are ideal choices for separating particles in drilling mud. Decanting Centrifuge separate the suspending fluids using the principle of centrifugal action, the suspending fluids is pushed into the rotor drum through the inlet pipe and the fluid hole of the spiral feeder. Under the influence of centrifugal force, solid phase particles are pushed to the internal wall of the drum, then to the nud export of the small end of the drum and excreted. But the fluids is excreted from the overflow hole of the large end. Such cycle is in order to achieve the purpose of continuous separation.High speed decanting centrifuge are effective for separation.

Decanter centrifuges which made by out factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. The product can be classify into two type LW-counter-current and parallel-current base on its structure feature.

Basic Advantages of TRLW Decanter Centrifuge

  1. Big bowl offers big volume. It also generates high-G force;
  2. German FAG or Swedish SKF brand bearings are available;
  3. Innovative design includes longer bowl, allowing drilling fluids to thread through more slowly, thus resulting in drier solids and finer separation point;
  4. Stainless steel bowl, scroll, compartment are available and covered with corrosion-proof coating so as to have longer lifespan;
  5. Tungsten carbide scroll points with wide spacing flights at tapered end create a finer layer of conveyed solids for consistent, uniform separation and maximum solids control efficiency.
  6. Electrical Components complies with SIEMENS/Schneider ATEX or IEC Ex.
  7. Screw pump and submersible slurry pump are provided to meet liquid feeding requirements of centrifuge of various customers.
