TR Desander cyclone components are made from high-chromium cast iron or pure polyurethane materials, which our customers can choose from independently. The TRCS series mud desanders demonstrate high separation ability and a wide separation range, being capable of removing solid particles ranging from 45 um to 1mm. The underflow cyclone is pressurized umbrella “wet bottom” design, which facilitates the prompt discharge of particles in the separation zone, reducing the chances of blockage.
