Product Overview

The blowout preventer(BOP) is an essential pressure control device during driling and operations, as it serves to prevent the uncontrolled leakage of oil/gas from the wells. BOP is a large valve used to control wellbore fluids. In this type of valve, the sealing element resembles a large rubber doughnut that is mechanically squeezed inward to seal on either pipe (drill collar, drillpipe, casing, or tubing) or the openhole. The ability to seal on a variety of pipe sizes is one advantage the annular blowout preventer has over the ram blowout preventer. Most blowout preventer stacks contain at least one annular BOP at the top of the BOP stack and one or more ram-type preventers below.

4. The dynamic seal of annular BOP adopts the sealing ring of lip structure,which reduces the wearing of sealing ring to the maximum,and the sealing is reliable;the rubber is not easy to fold back,and there is the effect of funnel;and the well pressure has the function of assisting sealing,etc.
5. Seal element molded with two different styles of inserts to reduce closing volume and increase closing cycles.
6. Replacement wear place that eliminates metal contact between the seal element inserts and the BOP head.
7. A piston design that provides complete balance more reliable operation and ease of assembly.
8. A latched head for fast, easy access to the seal element and wear seals.
9. An opening chamber head hat prevents debris from falling into the chambers when replacing the seal element.
10. Inner sleeve is bolted to the body that eliminates the difficulties in repair, and it is field replaceable.
