The double ram BOP can be equipped with different types of rams, such as pipe ram, blind ram, shear ram or variable diameter ram, to meet different applications. The ram seal is a float type, which will decrease the resisitance and abrasion of the rubber core.The service life is greatly prolonged. Its anti-H2S performance conforms to NACE MR 0175 standard.

Design Characterstics of TR Drilling RAM BOP:

1. Upper housing and the body have two connection forms as connection by bolts and connection by claw chuck.
2. Used in conjunction whit hydraulic control system,the annular BOP seals off the annulus of different sizes when pipes are in use in the hole.
3. Annular BOP with tapered rubber is composed of seven parts as upper housing,wear plate,body,piston,tapered rubber,anti-dust ring and supporting cylinder.
4. The dynamic seal of annular BOP adopts the sealing ring of lip structure,which reduces the wearing of sealing ring to the maximum,and the sealing is reliable;the rubber is not easy to fold back,and there is the effect of funnel;and the well pressure has the function of assisting sealing,etc.
5. Seal element molded with two different styles of inserts to reduce closing volume and increase closing cycles.
6. Replacement wear place that eliminates metal contact between the seal element inserts and the BOP head.
7. A piston design that provides complete balance more reliable operation and ease of assembly.
