Main Introduction

The basic principle of our hydro cyclone is to separate the two-phase or multi-phase mixture of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and so on with a certain density under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed liquid is tangentially flowed into the cyclone with a certain pressure, and a high-speed rotating flow field is generated in the cylindrical cavity. Mechanics & Working Principle

SEC100×12 desilter cleaner are completed with 100mm polyurethane hydrocyclones, mud trough, manifold, motor, shale shaker, base and all necessary connections.The upper part of hydrocyclone is cylindrical with a tangential suction tube and a overflow tube in center. The lower part of hydrocyclone is cone with bottom silt discharge tube. The upper part and lower part are connected by hoop.
