Brief Introduction

Mud Decanter centrifuge is the fourth solids control equipment in treating drilling fluid. It’s used to separate suspension liquid by adopting principle of centrifugal sedimentation. According to different rotary speed, it can be divided into middle speed centrifuge, high speed centrifuge and high speed frequency centrifuge. It mainly separates 2-7μm solid particles in drilling fluid. TR decanter centrifuge is widely used in oil & gas drilling, drilling waster management and sewage treatment.

In the gravity force field or centrifugal force field, the light liquid phase, the heavy liquid phase and the solid phase with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, respectively gain different sedimentation speed, and thus separate and stratify. In the gravity force field it is called gravity separation,while in the centrifugal force field it is called centrifugal separation.

2. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
3. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
4. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
5. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
6. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
7. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
8. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
