Mission Magnum Centrifugal Mud Pump for Sale , Drilling Fluid Centrifugal Pump

Introduction

Centrifugal pump is a kinds of drilling fluid pump developed for special installation requirement. Horizontal sand pump is commonly used in drilling fluids, but it does not have self-priming function and can be installed under mud tank to make the tank volume small. Also horizontal sand pump is not easy to disassemble. Therefore, TR developed a new type of vertical sand pump for this purpose.

TRSB series Centrifugal Pump is used for transferring slurry or mud or water. It can be used as feeding pump for desander and desilter, or used as mixing pump for jet mud mixer. Centrifugal Pump is also called as Sand Pump, Mixing Pump, Feeding Pump, Replenishing Pump and Filling Pump. It is the ideal matching equipment to provide impetus for desander, desilter and Jet mud mixer. Centrifugal pump can also be an assistant mud infusion pump and trip pump at well head. Features of TRLSB Series Centrifugal Pump:

  2. Beautiful appearance: overall structure is vertical with small floor area.
  3. High efficiency: impeller and pump casing flow path adopt the best leisure design.
  4. Long life: impeller and pump casing flow path are optimized for streamline design.
  5. No leakage: composite seals with main mechanical seals and auxiliary packing seals.
  6. Mechanical seals are made of hard alloys and their service life is 5 times that of ordinary seals.
