Introduction
Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.

Drilling decanter centrifuges which made by our factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. Our decanter centrifuge can meet with different requirements of mud treatment under various drilling conditions. The centrifuge must test the dynamic balance for smooth operation over long periods. seeed ranging from 0 to 3900RPM, generating centrifugal forces reach up to 3000G.

Characteristic of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge

  1. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material,adopt centrifugal casting process.
  2. Stainless steel(2205) is adopted for main body(collection box included).
  3. Spiral propeller is stainless steel material, the welding cemented carbide or ceramic empiecement for the protection of propeller.
  4. Replaced cemented carbide ring or ceramic for protecting solids discharge outlet.
  5. Bearing is Germany FAG or Sweden SKF.
  6. Electrical Componentis Siemens or Schneider.
  7. Screw pump or centrifugal pump can be the feed pump for centrifuge so as to meet different requirement.
