APG Screw pump consists of suction, discharge, working part (Rotor and Stator), driving part, universal joint part seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part is composed of a rotating eccentric rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have two contact points in every transverse section. These contact points from two sealing lines along with the working parts of the rotor (or stator). Thus comes into one or a few sealing chambers when the rotor rotates. The media entering the sealing chamber remove smoothly from the suction end to the discharge end along with the sealing chamber. During the whole running, the pressure pulsation is very low, which does not affect the pumped media's intrinsic construction.
Single screw pumps are used widely to feel kinds of medium, running at a constant pressure continuously, without pulse and damage when feeding medium, and change the gauging aim through adjusting rotation speed.

Screw pumps mainly consisted of the discharge port, the stator, the rotor, the flexible section, the middle axis, suction room, seal, bearing, driveshaft, bearing body. Among these parts, the wearing parts are the rotor and stator. The screw pump wet parts can be made with high-quality rubber. According to different fluids' content and property, we'll provide a certain configuration on screw pumps. For example, for the abrasive material, we kindly suggest using special rubber instead of stainless steel. As we know, the S.S can't adapt abrasive material but corrosive material.
