Product Working Attentions
(1) It is forbidden to turn sharply on the concrete ground or hard road, otherwise the track core will be worn and the belt body will be twisted.
(2) When crossing the ridge, it is necessary to move forward at a low speed at right angles to the ridge. When crossing the ridge with a height of more than 10 cm, it is necessary to use a springboard, otherwise the track may fall off or be damaged.
(3) It is forbidden to walk and turn sharply for a long time on the gravel road, otherwise the track will be accelerated, worn and cracked.
(4) Do not work on rotten fields, otherwise the track will slip and make the traveling mechanism accumulate mud and tangle grass, affecting the normal operation.
Working environment is as follows:
(1)The temperature of the rubber crawler is generally between -25° + 55°.
(2)The salt of chemicals, oil and seawater will accelerate the aging of the track. In such an environment, the track should be cleaned frequently.
(3)The road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) can damage the rubber track.
(4)The edge stone, rut or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks on the ground side pattern of the track edge. This crack can continue to be used without injuring the steel cord.
(5)Gravel and gravel pavement will cause early wear of the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheel to form a small crack. Severe moisture will invade, causing the core iron to fall off and the steel wire to break.
