High Performance Drilling Mud Pump for Water Well Drill

Product Description:

The BW-250 grouting pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump. The pump has two bore and four speeds. Large bore (φ80mm) can be used as a supporting equipment for 1000m large-diameter drilling rigs. Small bore (φ65mm) can be used as a supporting equipment for 1500m small-aperture drilling rigs. Both bores have four displacements, which can be used for different aperture depths. The number of flow stops is limited, and the three-way flow adjustment mechanism must still be retained). In this way, the amount of flush water in the borehole can be reduced, thereby reducing the wear and power consumption of the flushing fluid to the tee. Because it adopts the structure of four-speed shifting in the pump body, it has small size and weight and good decomposability. It is easy to carry in mountain, not only can discharge clean water, but also can discharge quite thick mud, so it is suitable for geological exploration.
