How to avoid contamination of hydraulic system of water well drilling rig?
As the working medium of hydraulic system, hydraulic oil plays the role of power, lubrication and heat dissipation. Therefore, the hydraulic oil is directly related to the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform. In the hydraulic system, most faults are caused by dirty hydraulic oil. Therefore, in the research, development, design, manufacture and use of hydraulic system, the pollution of hydraulic oil in the system should be actively controlled. So, how to avoid the pollution of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform and avoid the pollution of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform, we need to pay attention to the following points: (1) try to select hydraulic accessories and components with low pollution sensitivity.
