XY-1A Hydraulic Borewell Machine Main Features:

1.keeping bracket is installed on the hoist to form a double wheel support structure, can withstand strong blow.

2.Vertical box four couple of bearings positioned to ensure the rotary machine has a sufficient rigid response to gravel layer ,the complex geological conditions.

3.This machine adopts national patent technology taper clutch and is with charactristics of strong transmission torque,easy operation

4.Using 46x51 active drill rods which is with high rigitidy, strong delivery torque.

XY-1A Hydrualic Borewell Machine Applications

1. Mainly used for drilling holes for the general survey and exploration of solid mineral deposits and engineering geological
surveys, and inspection holes for various concrete structures.
2. Drill bits such as diamond, alloy, and steel particles can be used for drilling according to different formations.
3. When the final hole diameter is 75mm and 46mm, the rated drilling depth is 100m and 180m, respectively.
It shall not exceed 110% of each drilling depth, the rated opening diameter is 110mm, and the large opening diameter is allowed to
be 150mm.

Hydraulic Borewell Machine Operation Attentions

1.The drill shall be placed stably and firmly, and the tappet shall be adjusted by automatic fine adjustment or plumb hammer to keep it vertical.
2.Before startup, check and confirm that all parts of the drilling rig are firmly connected, the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, the oil level in the reduction box meets the regulations, and the drilling depth limit alarm device is effective.
3.Before starting, the control lever shall be placed in the neutral position. After starting, the idle operation test shall be carried out to check that the instruments, temperature, sound, braking and other works normally before operation
4.During operation, when the rotation direction of the drilling rig needs to be changed, it shall be carried out after the drilling rig stops completely.
