Different Geological Structures
Different geological structures are often encountered in the drilling process of drilling machine. In order to achieve good drilling effect, it is necessary to understand the drilling methods of different geological layers
For example, when drilling gypsum layer, the drilling fluid shall be pretested first. Calcium ions can be removed by adding anti gypsum treatment agents such as soda ash calcium removal and viscosity reducer. At the same time, viscosity reducer with strong calcium resistance shall be used to control viscosity cutting, and materials such as fluid loss reducer and anti sloughing agent shall be supplemented to maintain the stability of the performance of the drilling fluid, so as to improve the anti gypsum pollution ability of the drilling fluid in the drilling machine
In case of quicksand formation, the viscosity of drilling fluid must be increased and the bentonite content in the drilling fluid must be increased. Generally, it is required to be greater than 10%. A single seal is added to enhance the wall building property of the drilling fluid. In engineering, by appropriately reducing the displacement and reducing the erosion of convective sand layer, the well section must be closed with thick mud with viscosity greater than 80s before tripping out, so as to ensure the smooth running of drilling equipment and electric logging casing
Precautions for drill bit during drilling of water well drill
Bit plays an important role in well drilling, and the quality of a bit directly affects the efficiency and drilling quality of the water well drill
When the drill bit is drilling, the central drilling tool needs to be replaced in time. First, the hole bottom needs to be cleaned, and then the residue at the hole bottom needs to be blown away. After the drill bit stops rotating, the drilling tool in the water well drill shall be slowly lifted up. When the lifting force is just enough to lift the drilling tool, it is most appropriate. It is prohibited to forcefully lift the drilling tool during drilling.
