XY-1A Crawler Mounted Drilling Rig Advantages

1.When the final holes are respectively 75mm and 46mm in diameter, the rated hole depths are separately 100m and 180m. The maximum of depth my not exceed 110% of that drilled in each hole.The maximum allowable hole diameter is 150mm.

XY-1A Crawler Mounted Drilling Rig Application

1.1.1 The rig is suitable for survey and prospecting, geophysical exploration, roads and buildings and other exploration and play blasthole drilling bits projects.

1.1.2 Drilling bits can be chosen according to different strata .

1.1.3. Suitable for the 2-9 grade sandy clay and bedrock.

1.1.4 Rated drilling depth 100m, the deepest can not exceed 120m. Nominal hole diameter of 110mm, the maximum opening straight Diameter allowed to be 130mm, the final hole diameter of 75mm, drilling depth according to ground conditions.

XY-1A Crawler Mounted Drilling Rig Composition

One is a water well drill that combines impact and rotation, such as a pneumatic DTH hammer drill. DTH hammer drill consists of cylinder liner and piston. The high-pressure air provided by the air compressor pushes the piston up and down to impact the drill bit to enhance the ability of the drill bit to drill into the rock formation. At the same time, the drilling tool rotates at a low speed of 35 ~ 60 rpm. The air discharged from the upper and lower cavities of the piston enters the drill bit and brings the rock cuttings at the bottom of the hole out of the wellhead. Pneumatic down the hole hammer drill can be used to drill deep wells in hard rock strata, with high drilling speed and relatively straight holes.
