Hydraulic oil temperature is too high:
First of all, the temperature of hydraulic oil is too high. According to hydraulic theory and maintenance experience in recent years, the main reason for the high temperature of hydraulic oil is too fast heat generation and too slow heat dissipation. The oil inlet pipeline and hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic pump are not sealed tightly, the oil inlet filter element is blocked, the hydraulic system pipeline is not unblocked, and the internal leakage of the hydraulic pump will cause a large amount of heat to be generated in the hydraulic oil, so that the temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise rapidly due to excessive heat generation.
The internal channel of the hydraulic oil radiator is blocked, the external dust of the radiator is too large, the wind force is not enough, and the hydraulic oil does not pass through the hydraulic oil radiator, which can lead to the high temperature of the hydraulic oil due to the slow heat dissipation
