Working principle

The crankshaft at the power end rotates under the drive of the power source, and is equipped with three connecting rods of the same size. Each connecting rod is connected to the piston through a crosshead and piston rod, converting the rotational motion of the crankshaft into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston. When the piston moves backward, negative pressure is formed inside the pump cylinder, and the mud enters the pump cylinder through the suction pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure; When the piston moves forward, the mud in the pump cylinder is squeezed, the pressure rises, and is discharged through the drainage pipe. This cycle repeats to achieve the transportation of mud
