Factory Direct Sales Drilling Rig Track Chassis Supports Customization
1. Product Overview
Rubber track chassis is a widely used walking mechanism in various fields such as engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, and special vehicles. The power system transmits power to the drive wheels, which rotate to drive the rubber tracks. The tracks generate friction with the ground, thereby pushing the equipment forward or backward. The guide wheel guides the direction of the track to ensure the trajectory of the equipment. The idler and idler wheels play a role in supporting and stabilizing the track, enabling it to operate normally.

Structural composition
Rubber track: Made of materials such as rubber and reinforced fibers, it has good flexibility and wear resistance. There are usually various patterns and protrusions on the tracks to increase friction and adhesion with the ground, adapting to different working environments.
Drive wheel: located at the rear or front of the track chassis, connected to the power system through gears or sprockets, responsible for driving the track to rotate, thereby driving the entire equipment forward or backward.
Guiding wheel: Generally installed at the front end of the track chassis, it is used to guide the direction of the track, ensuring the straightness and stability of equipment travel. Some guide wheels also have tensioning devices that can adjust the tightness of the tracks.
Carrier wheel and support wheel: The carrier wheel is located above the track and is used to support the track, preventing it from sagging and excessive wear. The supporting wheels are distributed below the tracks, bearing the weight of the equipment and evenly transmitting the weight to the tracks, so that the tracks can better contact the ground.
Load capacity application
The load capacity of 4 tons means that the equipment can handle various heavy-duty transportation tasks. For example, prefabricated components, large machinery and equipment can be transported on construction sites.
In order to ensure load safety, the equipment is equipped with an overload alarm system. When the load exceeds the rated value, the system will automatically issue an alarm to remind the operator to pay attention.
Load distribution optimization
In terms of design, the uniform distribution of load is considered, and through reasonable center of gravity design and track layout, the stability of the equipment under full load is ensured, avoiding equipment overturning due to center of gravity deviation.
