Plunger Pump KTZ900 Maximum input power 900 hp(670kW) Maximum strokes 300 rpm
Descriptions of Plunger Pump KTZ900 Maximum input power 900 hp(670kW) Maximum strokes 300 rpm:
1. Composed of two parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2. Features a double-key eccentric wheel structure for the crankshaft, with involute helical gears mounted at both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power and counteract axial forces. The large and small gears are placed inside the pump casing, making full use of the effective space, reducing the overall pump width, and facilitating the pump layout.
3. The pump is lightweight, compact, and capable of high pressure, making it suitable for small fracturing units (skid-mounted).
4. The fluid end and the power end are connected by 8 alloy steel tie rods. When removing the fluid end, the tie rods remain attached to the power end. The connection between the plunger and the crosshead uses threaded connections, making disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end easy.
5. The fluid end assembly can accommodate four different sizes of plungers (3.75", 4", 4.5" and 5"), providing various pressures and displacements for customer selection.
