Inspection Steps

  • Third-party self-inspection: Our all components for straw machines are third-party made, they make and test the components as the first round inspection;
  • Factory inspector: The founder works as the inspector will inspect the dimension, processing technique, heat treatment as the second round;
  • Assembly line inspection: Each machine equipped with inspection instruments, all of the assembly workers are required to work with it, and frequently check the dimension during assembly;
  • Inspection after finished: Professional equipments is the last round inpection for making sure 100% qualified machine.
