This extracting tank is mainly used to extract tea from the tea leaves, or make medicine from herbal medicine.
All the tank wall is made of high quality SUS304-2B stainless steel, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation; this tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside of the dimple pad; the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the centre; other standard attachments such as: airtight manhole, high and low level probe, temperature sensor.

Deslagging adopting the 3-cylinder rotary self-lock quik open,single-cylinder open and close,two-cylinder rotating and pushing the clamp ring to be clamped tightly,and then the inclined wedge block self-locked.It can prevent the leakage or unhooking incidents due to the unsteady pressure of compressed air.
Special shape of deslagging seal ring is used at the slag door to guarantee the static pressure of liquid column,as the higher static pressure of liquid column,the more reliable sealing performance,then longer serve life.
Mirror polishing in the inner tank layer,circular arc transition at welding joint without bridging,easy to clean.
All-directional CIP cleaning,anti-explosion lamp and sight glass,quick-opening light type sanitary material feeding inlet,mist eliminator and so on,these devices are adopted to support the easy operating.
The extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet; dregs are also discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product; the top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical types.
