Tubular UHT Sterilizing and Aseptic Filling Mango Processing Line with High-quality Aseptic Juice Products

Double stage pulping machine

Usage: this machine can be used to pulp on the following fruits;

  • stone fruits after the stone has been removed, such as mango, peach, apricot, date;
  • Also used for the baccas (Chinese goose beery and strawberry);
  • kernel fruits after been cooked and softened(such as apple,pear,pumpkin)

Characteristics:

The double stage pulping machine adopts two stages pulping to enhance the quality of the fruit pulp, to make it even thinner and separate the dreg with fruit in further.

  • fruit pulp and the dreg separate automatically;
  • can be mounted in a processing line, and also can perform the production by own.
  • All the material where contact with the product is made of high quality stainless steel which are in standard of food requirements.
  • Easy to clean and disassemble and assemble.

Description

Mango is a famous tropical fruit, because of its delicate flesh, unique flavor, which is very popular and known as the "king of tropical fruit" fishery.

Complete plant of mango and pineapple processing equipment including following procedures, washing the fresh mango and pineapple , peeling,pulping,crushing, squeezing, enzymalisis, membrane filtrating, concentrating, sterilizing, filling process etc.

the fresh mango and pineapple is processing into the transparent juice and cloudy juice, then packing into the gable top box,aseptic bags, sterile vats and other containers, achieving the purpose of cold chain or normal temperature.
