Ensure food safety
The booster pump generates a pressure difference between the pasteurization and non pasteurization sides of the device. In order to further improve safety, the differential pressure can be monitored through the pressure transmitter. If these transmitters "notice" that the differential pressure is not maintained, the product will be automatically transferred back to the balance tank for recirculation.
