​(1)S lagging door adopts the three-cylinder rotary self-lock quick open;single-cylinder opening and closing;double cylinder rotating and pushing the clamp ring to be locked tightly and the inclined wedge block self-locked.Solving the leakage or unhooking incidents resulted from the unsteady pressure of compressed air;

(2) Special shape of seal ring of the slagging door ensures as the higher static pressure of liquid column or the tank inside pressure,the more reliable sealing performance,the longer serve life;

(3 )Mirrior polishing in the inner tank layer,circular arc transition at welding joint without bridging,easy to clean;

(4) All-direction CIP cleaning,anti-explosion lamp and sight glass,quick-opening light type sanitary material feeding inlet,mist eliminator and so on are all equipped to support the easy operation.

Usage:
This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves or make medicine from herbal medicine.
Structure:
All the tank walls are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures. This tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside of the dimple pad, the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the center.

(4). Extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet
(5). Dregs are discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product

This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves or make medicine from herbal medicine.The extraction tank is applied for several process operations,such as water decoction,warm inmmersion,thermal circumfluence and collation and aromatic oil collection of herbal plants.This system is designed to be controlled by PLC with touch screen, equipped with temperature display unit, pressure display unit,product pump circulation the product from bottom to top, double layers jacket heating and bottom coiler pipe heating, double cylinder side open-door + double cylinder self-lock slagging door, safe and no-leakage.
