Improve food safety
During production, there is usually a pressure difference between pasteurized and non pasteurized sides to minimize the risk of leakage and ensure that the product is free from contamination. However, this differential pressure usually disappears during the discharge process (from the separator). In pasteurizer, the pressure control system overcomes this problem. It can compensate for the pressure drop, thus avoiding the risk of leakage and pollution.
