Application Scope:
Introduction to coconut processing line
Coconut can be processed into a variety of products: milk, cream, oil, powder, water, coconut, dried tablets and so on. In particular, coconut water is becoming more and more popular as a health drink and sports drink because it contains potassium, vitamins A, B1, B2, B5 and C, low calories and no cholesterol.

Extraction and filtration of coconut water in coconut processing line
Coconuts are perforated and placed to recover water. The extracted coconut water is sent to the filtration system to remove shell debris generated during the perforation process. The product is very sensitive and should be cooled immediately to 2-4 ° C to avoid microbial and chemical changes.
Chopped nuts and extracted cream of coconut processing line
In the coconut processing line, the nuts are shelled, peeled and then sent to the chopper, which can ensure very fine particle size. The chopped nuts are sent to a spiral extractor where coconut cream is extracted.
Pasteurization, separation and cooling of coconut processing line
Coconut milk and coconut water are pasteurized and treated through high-speed separators to remove suspended solids and standardize products. The product is then collected in an insulated mixing tank to ensure that the next part can operate continuously. The same pasteurizer, separator and cooler can be used to treat milk, water and cream.
Coconut juice concentration of coconut processing line
In order to concentrate coconut juice, an efficient evaporator is used. Rising film plate evaporator can ensure the lowest residence time and temperature, so it has better sensory characteristics.
Sterilization and filling of coconut processing line
Coconut milk and coconut water (whether single concentration or concentrated) can be disinfected or pasteurized by plate heat exchanger, or if there is food grade steam, it can be disinfected or pasteurized by direct heating injection system completed by tubular heat exchanger.
Coconut oil can be treated with the same process technology, with the only exception that indirect heat treatment can only be carried out through tubular heat exchanger.
Finally, in order to avoid phase separation of water and fat during storage, coconut milk is usually homogenized before aseptic filling.
After sterilization, the products can be put into sterile bags, barrels or boxes, thanks to the sterile packing system we developed.

Cleaning system of coconut processing line
