GZ1000T-D automatic series can accomplish the automatic process of manual infeeding the pallet with drums(IBC) by forklift, automatic loosening of the cap, automatic alignment of the drum mouth, automatic weighing filling, automatic capping, and manual remove the pallet by forklift.The automatic alignment function of D series can choose visual aligning or mechanical aligning according to the filling drum type. If the filling line is equipped with AGV trolley, the factory can be unmanned. In addition, the filling machine can be equipped with multiple filling nozzles, driven roller conveyor, Ex-proof motors,safety fence, filling rooms, exhaust air extraction and etc.
