Description

Feature:

1. Special design for lifting, rotating or stacking drum;
2. It has a clamp-style cradle which securely grips around the drum and a steel jaw which securely grips the top lip of the drum;
3. Pneumatically rotate 180 degree, and can keep the drum at any angle;
4. Could be operated with hand pump and power for lifting;
5. Economical, ergonomics, efficient, durable and reliable;
6. Can add scale on it, depend on customer request;

The pneumatic stacker is a very robust unit that is designed to be used continually on a production basis. The rotator is designed to lift and rotate all drums from 55 Gallon steel drums and 200L plastic close drums. The main chassis is constructed from hot rolled channel sections and not folded plate. This gives the unit excellent rigidity and a long service life. So they are widely used for chemical plants and food plants for transferring, loading & unloading, charging and compounding materials of fluids, such as dyes, paintings, adhesives, petrol, edible oils, etc.
