Description:

Structure and function:

Weighing mechanism

It is mainly composed of computer scales, sensors and scales. When the material is filled to the set weight, the sensor transmits the signal to the computer. After processing by the computer, the control signal is output, the motor stops running, the discharge port is closed, the filling is stopped, and the bag is automatically released to ensure the bag is qualified.
Bagging mechanism

It has a unique and novel automatic pressure bagging device. When the dry mortar is loaded to the calibration weight, the cylinder closes the discharge port and the automatic bag feeding device works.
