Working Principle :
Three cylinders rotary drum dryer main consists of rotary body, lifting blade, raise material board, transmission device, supportive device and sealing ring etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment).
The material to be dried is pushed back immindiately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the drier is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.
The main purpose:
The high-efficiency combined three-cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying granular materials in a certain humidity range, such as yellow sand used in the dry mortar industry and various specifications of sand used in the foundry industry. The material entering the dryer is preferably a non-stick wall and a lifting plate. The temperature of the gas entering the heat exchange in the dryer should not be higher than 750 degrees Celsius. If there is special requirement for high temperature drying, the inner tube and the poplar plate at the entrance of the dryer can be made of heat-resistant steel plate.
