Working principle:
The air box pulse bag filter is designed by the clearing of the binning chamber, separated by box and in turn. The pulse and cleaning cycle of each chamber is automatically and continuously performed by the cleaning program controller according to a preset program, thereby ensuring the effect of compressed air cleaning. The whole box design adopts the structure of the inlet and outlet manifolds, and the ash bucket can be extended under the inlet manifold to allow the incoming dusty flue gas to directly enter the expanded ash bucket to achieve the pre-dusting effect.
The air bag pulse bag filter body is designed as a plurality of box areas, each box can be designed with different numbers of dust bag bags of 32, 64, 96, etc., and a lifting valve driven by the cylinder is installed on the outlet pipe of each side of the box. When the gas box pulse dust collector filters the dusty gas for a certain period of time, the cleaning control system will automatically send a signal, and the poppet valve of the chamber will start to shut off and cut off the filtered air flow; then the pulse valve of the chamber is opened to be greater than 0.4 MPa. The compressed air is flushed into the clean air chamber to remove the dust on the filter bag; when the cleaning operation is completed, the poppet valve is reopened, so that the current chamber is re-filtered, and all the cleaning operations are completed one by one according to the above procedure.
