Our Team:

Henan Mind have well experienced technical team in our Technical Department and R&D Department: 10 senior engineers and 20 technicians. In our factory, we have 200 sets of various processing equipment, including complete inspection equipment, and the total hoisting tonnage is above 500 tons.

Manufacturing and on-site setting team has 80 machining personnel, 80 assembly personnel and 30 on-site setting personnel. Among which, 20 people participated in large project experience, and with 50 long-term cooperative outsourcing personnel, fully guaranteeing the manufacturing resources of large and small projects and the prompt handling of unexpected problems.

We always provide customer projects and one stop services from working site planning, to good quality dry mortar machines, installation and training, after sales services, life time technical support and formula support !

1. On-site training service provided to quickly master the principles of equipment maintenance and how to solve different problems.

2. Technical training provided both during debugging and trail production.

a) While trail production, a professional technical service team will be assigned to work together with the service technicians to discover and rectify the equipment, process or quality problems that occurred during the trial production.

b) One year quality guaranty from the date of machine/plant final acceptance.

3. During the warranty period, we take fully responsibility for any equipment malfunction caused by improper design, original quality or process problems. Machine maintenance, components replacement, process update will be conducted for free.

4. During the warranty period, after-sales service team provides full tracking service, providing on-site feedback within 6 hours and arriving at the site within 24 hours.
