1. Set weight and proportions of all kinds of raw material , then put the data into the PLC automatic batching system.
2. When the sand is dried, the sand and other raw materials should be put into the storage silo through conveying system.
3. Raw materials in the silo will be delivered to the weightless twin shaft paddle mixer, which is specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing. The mixer discharges materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots.
4. When the materials are completely mixed, they will be put into the finished silo. Then the finished products should be delivered to the bags. Through the packaging system the bags should be packed.
5. All powdery materials are under the closed state, while feeding, batching, scaling, adding, discharging and packaging. Fully closed mixing unit and the dedusting system can reduce pollution of dust and noise to the environment effectively.
