Stone Impact Crusher Working Theory:
Stone impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break up materials. When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at a high speed under the driving of the motor. When the material enters the action area of the hammer, it collides with the hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counter-attack device to break again, and then rebounds from the counter-attack. Returning to the hammer action zone, the process is repeated, and the process is repeated. The material is repeatedly broken into the first, second and third counter-attack chambers until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
The stone material falls directly from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the flying stone that is shunted around the turntable in another part of the turntable produces high-speed collision and high-density crushing. After the stone hits each other, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing to cause multiple blows and smashes.
Precautions When Operating the Stone Impact Crusher on Skid Frame Crushing Plant PF1210:
1. After stopping the feeding, let the crusher continue to operate until the remaining materials in the crushing chamber are processed
2. Before stopping the stone impact crusher, cut off the power first
3. After the motor is repaired or rewired, it is recommended to carefully check the correctness of the direction to ensure that the equipment rotates in the specified direction
4. If the impact crusher equipment is stopped due to excessive particle size of the crushed material, the user should check the wear of the hammer after stopping to prevent the rotor from being worn out
5. If the equipment is stopped due to severe wear of the hammer, the user should make the weight of each hammer equal and balance when adjusting the hammer 180° again to prevent vibration after starting.
