Product Descriptions:

Three cylinder river sand dryer is also called three drum dryer, or dryer drum or rotary dryer machine, etc. It is a kind of drying equipment widely used in mining system to dry metal and magnetic, floating concentrate, the clay of cement industries and the slime of coal, etc.

Working Principles:

Material are delivered to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator . Then they go into the the charger tip by passing through the pipe of charger. When materials go into the tip of the dryer , heat carrier go into the dryer with material.After that ,they go into the discharging exit by passing through inner drum , middle drum and outer drum to go into the discharging storehouse .
After heat carrier pass through the dryer it needs cyclone dust collectors to gather in the material within the gas . If you want to reduce the amount of dust within tail gas , you should use bag duster or wet process duster to discharge .Then, materials are sifted and segregated qualified production by linear vibrating screen.

1. According to the heat transfer between the drying medium and wet materials, rotary dryer can be divided into direct heat transfer rotary dryer (the direct contact and heat transfer between drying medium and wet materials) and indirect heat transfer rotary dryer (the heat required by the drying process is indirectly passed to the wet materials by the cylinder wall).
2. Indirect heat transfer rotary dryer is rarely used due to its low transmission efficiency and complex structure and it can be divided into single passage rotary dryer and triple passage rotary dryer according to the quantity of the shell drum.
