Rotary Sand Dryers are one of the typical applying area of rotary dryers due to its reliable performance, high efficiency and low manufacturing cost. Our factory has been making rotary dryers for drying sand since 1950s. Back then only single-pass rotary dryers were available for all drying processes. As entering 21st century, all industries facing more and more environmental challenges and higher demand for energy efficiency. Our factory started to R &D Triple-pass Rotary Sand Dryers in 2002, which now has basically replaced conventional single-pass rotary dryer in sand drying plants.

How Does lt Work?
Triple Pass Rotary Dryer has 3 drying zones in the 3 cylinders(intermal one, middle one and extermnal one) which constuct therotating body. Heat processing of a product Mith hign moisturecontent is done eficiently in those 3 doing zones me product isput in from the inlet of thie hoper, sent to the intemal cyinderwhere heating ofthe product s made. then moves tO he middlecylinder where evaporation al moisture is promated iurther. Thesolid constituent of the produd is gradually broken into pieces anddischarged from the outlet via the third final drying zone. The hotair produced in the furnace is sent to the internal cylinder, passeshrough ne middle and extemal cyinders. The hot air is then sentto the cyclone where dust is removed.
