The project for the production of glazed hollow bead, it has high content of technology, features in time saving, convenient operation, high uniformity and no residue, good sealing, no vibration, little dust etc, the biggest advantage is no broken in the process of glazed hollow bead mixing.
Mixing system: Mixing machine adopt cylinder mixer, which features in large capacity, short mixing time, high output, high uniformity, no residual, no broken. Finished product storehouse (well feeder) secondary mixing materials to keep the homogeneous degree, at the same time make the material to go into the packaging system smoothly, well feeder use low speed feeder, to improve efficiency and protect quality.
Ascension conveying system: the project use bucket elevator, which can effectively protect the density standard of glazed hollow bead and improve hoist speed.
Dust removal system: the whole equipment fully closed no dust leak, use more filter, to collect the dog-house and discharge hole dust together, optimize the working environment, to ensure the employee health.
According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer for continuous mixing.
The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed. Moreover, there is design with automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished products bin, allowing for synchronous auto-packaging operation. Featured with easy and convenient operation, high efficiency, it can both obviously reduce labor intensity and effectively reduce dust pollution.
