Linear vibrating screen mainly consists of t he eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor and supportive. Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then lead the screen box to do circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the material in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realize the purpose of classifying.

The linear vibrating screen uses double vibrating motors to be power source, when two motors synchronous reversely rotate, exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and unite as one across the motor axis direction, so its movement trajectory is linear. 2. It supports at most 6 layers. But 2/3 layers at most is highly recommended.
3. The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized. The voltage is supported to be customized. 220/240/380/415/450V are all available. 50 or 60HZ.
4. The largest screening area can arrive to 2000mm*3000mm.
5. The motors is installed below screening box.
6. In general, its inclined angle is 0~10°.
7. With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
