Description

Application of hot air circulation oven:
Hot air circulation oven is used for heating, curing, drying and dehydrating materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry and other industries. Such as raw materials, Chinese herbal medicine slices, extracts, powders, granules, dehydrated vegetables, etc.

Scope of application:
Hot air oven is suitable for baking chemical gases and food processing items to be baked, ink curing, paint film drying, etc. It is widely used in electronics, motors, communications, electroplating, plastics, hardware chemicals, instruments, printing, pharmaceuticals, PC boards, powders, impregnation, spraying, glass, wood building materials, etc. Precision baking, drying, tempering, preheating, shaping, processing, etc.; internal heat circulation, the baked objects are heated evenly.

Performance characteristics:
Most of the hot air circulates in the box, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving. Using forced ventilation, the box is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate, the material is dried evenly, and the heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, and far infrared, with a wide range of choices.
