Materials enter the inner side of the drum through the feeding device to realize current flow drying process, and then the materials enter the middle layer of the inner wall through the other end to realize counter current drying process. They are lifted in over and over in the middle layer which advance in two-steps forward and one-step back way. The three-drum dryers absorb heat from both inner drum and middle drum, which extend the drying time and realize the best drying condition. Finally, materials fall into the external layer of the drum from the other end of the middle layer, processing in a rectangle multi-loop way. The dried materials move quickly out of the drum under the hot air, while the wet ones remain because of their own weight. Materials are dried completely inside the rectangle shoveling plate and then cooled by the single drum cooler, thus finishing the whole drying process.

Application of MG sand dryer machine:

The three-cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying certain humidity range granular materials, such as casting sand used in dry-mixed mortar and foundry industry, small granular clay used in construction and cement industry, small granular material in chemical industry which no chemical change, not afraid of heat and dust pollution, such as coal, blue carbon, fly ash, sand, water slag, river sand, quartz sand, slag, clay and other raw materials, this dryer can adapt to a variety of fuels such as coal, oil and gas. The main advantage over traditional single drum dryers hot effect is better, more productive, more energy saving and environmental protection.

Raw material with 10-25% moisture content is suitable for this dryer,and not sticky for the

drum or lifting blade. The temperature of air flow is less than 70 degree. When there is

any special requirement for high temperature drying, the front part of inner drum and lifting blade could be replaced by heatproof steel plate. The product moisture content

is adjustable according different requests, even below 1-0.5%.
