1. What is dry mix mortar:

Dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, which made in the factory by precise batching and uniform mixing. It can be used directly just by adding water in construction site. It has different properties though adding different additives. The demand for dry mortar has increased rapidly due to its outstanding merit compare to the mortar production in job-site.

The tower type dry-mix mortar equipment is arranged from top to bottom according to the production process, the production processis smooth, the product variety is large, and the cross-contamination of raw materials is small. It is suitable for the production of ordinary mortar and various special mortars. In addition, the entire production line covers a small area, has a outward appearance, and has relatively low energy consumption. However, compared to other process structures, the initial investment is relatively large.

2. Application of MG full automatic dry mix mortar plant :

Dry mix mortars are used in many different applications in the construction of a building. Some of these applications are universal and some others are specific to certain regions or countries. Dry Mortar Mixing Equipment can produce the following dry mortars:

3. Main configuration of MG full automatic dry mix mortar plant :

1 Storage system To store dry raw materials
2 Bucket elevator To vertical transport the materials. Granular material feeding to silo from here, powder material usually feeding by pump truck.
3 Screw conveyor To horizontal transport the materials to the weighting hopper.
4 Weighting system Automatic weighting
5 Twin Shaft Agravic Mixer To mix materials uniformly and high efficiency, MG fly cutter system in the top of mixer will cut and break up the fibre easily.
6 Finished product silo To store the end product and preparing for packing. So that the weighting system, mixing system and packing system can work constantly.
7 Automatic weighing packaging machine

To pack the end product and automatically sewing, it can realize automatically weighing and packaging, packing range: 15-50kg/bag, packing accuracy can be + / - 0.5kg.
8 PLC Control cabinet To operate and control all machine parts. The touchable display can input and record more than 10 different kinds of formula.
9 Air compressor Provide air source for silos, dust collectors, premix hopper, twin shift agravic mixer, end product hopper, packing machines, etc.
