Spraying system

Chassis

Dozing accelerating chemical system
1.Adopt reliable and advanced electro-hydraulic proportional control technology complied with PLC and computer control. Automatic adjusts dozing accelerating chemical injection according to pre-set concrete spraying speed and dozing accelerating chemical ratio.

Electrical control system
1.Intact manual and full function wireless remote control, overvoltage and low voltage protection. Double emergency -stop safety protection.
2.Real time working status monitoring system by advanced intelligent human-machine interaction interface to set up and display running parameters. Automatically record data and put into storage. Alarm to exception.
3.High quality wireless remote control offers remote movement control to all spray boom sections and nozzle I shotcrete operation.

Working range
1.Long-reach spray boom allows working at long distance and great height.
2.3-PRS spray head gives full spherical spray area without blind spot.
3.Full hydraulic intelligently stretching and folding spray boom guarantees all boom sections no interference working at any status.

Concrete delivery system
1.Advanced undamped closed hydraulic system and main hydraulic circuit without reversing valve offers strong and steady pumping pressure, limits impact to the circuit
2.Pumping capacity range can be adjusted widely from 0 to 30 cubic meters as per customer requirements to be capable of complicated shotcrete working conditions.(Recommend capacity range is 4 to 28 cubic meters)
3.Optimized pumping data, ensure shotcrete work’s maximum continuity to protect concrete not to be isolated and precipitation during pumping.
