What is DTF ink?

DTF printer which mean "Direct To Film".This technique consists in printing your image directly on a film then transfer it to textile ,For example cotton, polyester,

fleece, jeans, etc whatever the color. Although at first it might seem that DTF printing is a transation of Transfer, it nevertheless requires a special textile inkjet

printer equipped with white channels. This allows quality printing, fast (no need to stay behind the printer), profitable (cost less expensive than DTG printing

(Direct to Garnement), allowing positioning that other processes do not allow (printing on pockets, sleeves, personalized labels integrated into the fabric).

Printing Process

1.Use professional software to draw the picture,and then use the printer to print the pattern on the PET film(please shake the ink

before printing)

2.Sprinkle an appropriateunit amount of hot melt powder on the printer PET film and shake off the excess hot melt powder

3.Put the PET film on the heat transfer machine and bake for 5-7 minutes,until the hot melt powder melts,take out the PET film

4.Lay the T-shirt flat on the heat transfer machine,and stick the side sprinkled with hot melt powder on the T-shirt for pattern hot stamping,

and the hot stamping takes 15-20 seconds(adjust the pressure to the maximum)
