DTF film, also called direct transfer film, direct to film, which is a new technology for heat transfer digital printing

Advantage:

Diversity of materials: DTF can be applied to a wide range of materials including cotton, nylon, treated leather, polyester, 50/50 blends (light and dark fabrics).

No pre-processing required: If you are using a Direct-to-garment (DTG) background, you should be familiar with garment pretreatment before printing. With DTF, you don't have to worry about pre-treating your garments before printing,

There is no A + B sheet marriage process, If you have a background in white toner laser printers, you will be delighted to hear that DTF does not require the expensive A + B sheet marriage process.

Production speed: You can speed up production by basically taking the steps of pretreatment.

Detergency: Through testing, it has been proven to be as good as or better than traditional Direct Tour Garment (DTG) printing.

DTF Printing Steps:

1. Do the designs on computer;

2. Print the designs to the PET film via the DTF printer;

3. Go through the powder machine to do powder shaking and drying;

4. Transfer the designs from the film to fabric via heat press machine;

5. Cool peeling.
