The DTF powder shaking machine is a mechanical device specially used for white ink heat transfer process. It evenly spreads hot melt powder on the heat transfer film through a specific mechanism, providing the necessary adhesion and fixing effect for the subsequent hot stamping process.
When the heat transfer film enters the powder spreading area, the powder spreading mechanism inside the device starts to work. This mechanism usually spreads the hot melt adhesive powder evenly on the surface of the heat transfer film through vibration. During the powder spreading process, the amount and speed of powder spreading can be controlled to ensure that the hot melt adhesive powder can evenly cover the heat transfer pattern.
After the powder spreading is completed, the DTF powder shaking machine will perform the powder shaking operation. The purpose of this step is to remove the excess hot melt adhesive powder on the heat transfer film to prevent it from accumulating on the edge of the pattern or in the blank area, affecting the final hot stamping effect. The powder shaking mechanism achieves the powder shaking effect by patting and vibration.
After the powder shaking is completed, the heat transfer film will enter the drying tunnel for drying. During the drying process, the equipment heats the heat transfer film, causing the hot melt adhesive powder to melt quickly and penetrate into the fibers of the heat transfer pattern, thereby achieving a strong adhesion effect. The drying temperature and time can be adjusted according to the type of hot melt adhesive powder and the material of the heat transfer film to ensure the best drying effect.
