Features of water transfer printer
►Environmental protection and safety: Water transfer uses weak solvents and is environmentally friendly. Compared with traditional printing and coating processes, water transfer reduces the emission of harmful gases and chemical substances, and meets environmental protection requirements.
►Flatness and durability: The water transfer pattern has a high flatness and fit, can perfectly cover the surface of the object, and has good wear resistance and durability. Transfer patterns are not prone to fading, peeling or damage.
►Cost effectiveness: Compared with other decorative processes, the cost of water transfer technology is relatively low. It does not require additional equipment and accessories, only water transfer machine and weak solvent can be.

Why the transprints fail?
The adhesion is a result of the chemical components of the activator softening the base coat layer and allowing the ink to form a bond with it. One of the most common causes of a failure to achieve adhesion between the two layers is a poorly applied activator. This can be either too much activator being applied or too little.
